Rosemary (Rosemarinus Officinalis) meaning “Rose of the Sea” has an energising effect and can be a tonic during periods of stress or to aid memory and concentration whilst studying. It has a similar "clearing" action & scent to Eucalyptus so it is popular in winter and it is often included in blends for the joints and muscles. Avoid in pregnancy or if epileptic.
