Relax and Unwind Bath & Shower Gel 200g

Nervous Tension? Can't switch off? Feeling down or anxious? Then our Relaxation Balm with essential oils of Rose, Neroli and Ylang Ylang, all blended into a beautifully scented soothing Aloe Vera gel, may be of help. Apply to the pulse points on the wrists and neck when needed.
Rose has been chosen for its relaxing properties and its ability to lift the spirits. Neroli (Orange Blossom) is renowned for its therapeutic effect on the nerves whilst Ylang Ylang helps with irritability and concentration.
Essential Oil Palmarosa 5ml
Palmarosa (Cymbopogon Martini) is a rich exotic oil which combines fresh citrus tones with a warm, comforting, floral note reminiscent of a good Geranium or Ylang Ylang. It is beneficial for nervous tension and stress related complaints and is helpful when one needs to stimulate the body and beat fatigue whilst calming the mind. We have also found it helpful for clients with stress related, irritable bowel conditions. It originated in Constantinople where the wives of rich merchants used it for cosmetic skin preparations and indeed it is still used by aromatherapists today because of its positive effect on the skin. It is also believed to be a cleansing oil and we regularly prescribe it for computer bound clients, in a spray form, to be used in the space between them and their computers before and after work.
Professional Tip:
If using it as a cleansing spray add 4 drops per tablespoon of water and 1 drop of Tea Tree to add an antiseptic aspect. Remember to make the spray up fresh after three days and either shake well before use or use vodka to disperse the oil.
