A natural, hand blended bath oil with Clove Bud essential oil for its soothing effect on the joints and muscles, Lavender to soothe the mind and body, Bergamot and Orange Sweet to lift the spirits and Geranium for its ultra-relaxing effect on the body. All in a luxurious base of coconut oil to moisturise and care for the skin without making the bath slippy.
This contains a blend of essential oils which I most commonly use in my Aromatherapy Practice when I am consulted regarding joints and muscles. It is particularly helpful prior to bed.
