Welcome to the Potions & Possibilities website.

We hope that you are able to find everything you are looking for, but if this is your first time shopping with us, please take a look at the step-by-step guide below to show you how to make your purchases quickly and easily

1. Browse our site and find your desired products.

Select one of the areas from the 'shop menu' on the left hand side of the site - this menu is always available while you are at the potions site. You can now see all of the products in that section. If there are lots of products, they are spread out over multiple pages. You can get to the next page by clicking the 'next' link at the bottom of the page.

Click on the 'more information' button under any product to view more details about the product and a slightly larger photo. You can use the search at the top of the site to find something specific. Just type in what you are looking for and click 'search'.

2. Add your desired buttons to your basket.

When you have found a product you would like to purchase, enter the desired quantity in the box provided. Then simply click the 'add to basket' button.

Feel free to add as many different products as you like while browsing, your basket will remember them all and you can delete them if you make a mistake.

3. Checkout

Once you are sure that you have everything you want in your basket, you must 'checkout' - you can do this by visiting your basket and clicking the 'next' button. If you are logged in, there will be a 'Checkout' item in the pink menu on the left hand side of the site.

Why do I need an account to shop with Potions & Possibilities?

We ask all our online customers to sign up for an account both for our security, and your convenience. With just your username and password, you can have all your postal details stored so your next order is just a few clicks away.

Please be assured, we do not store your credit card details in your account, they are encrypted and sent directly to our secure server.

If you have shopped online with us before, you will be asked to provide your email address and password that you specified. If you have forgotten your password, click here to have it sent to your email account.

If you have not shopped online with us before, you will need to enter your details and provide a password so that we can identify you next time you shop with us.

There are 4 steps to the checkout process. They are:

Delivery Details
Payment
Confirmation of order details.

You must complete certain details on each section in order to progress your order.

Your Basket
You can review your basket. Use the blue 'x' symbol to delete any items you do not wish to purchase. You can alter the item quantities and then click 'Update Basket' to store.

Delivery Details
By default, our standard delivery sharge of Details of postage in the T&Cs. is selected. If you alter this, you will need to click the 'Update Delivery Method' button.
Click on the 'Use This Address' button next to the address you wish to use for delivery. The main address you have stored in your account will be used as the billing address, although this can be changed later.

Payment
Any Gift Certificates or Offer Codes need to be entered before your payment information. Once they have been entered, you will be returned to this page to enter your payment details.

Confirmation
You are given a chance to edit any previous information before confirming your order. You can alter your billing address if different from the one stored in your account.
